zephyr Bradley. Have phoned 5 times for them to come and fix my solar panels which I had installed in 2011. A week later still no contact from them. Paid £8,000 for these and feel very let down. Michael Psaila phoned me on Friday saying he would not come back to fix them but would send someone who would call me. Nobody has called my landline or mobile. I am very unhappy with their customer service and cannot recommend them. I will be contacting MCS AND niceic with my complaint that they refuse to come and look at my solar panels.
