- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆having been recommended I telephoned Heywood Glass, spoke to a lady, left my mobile and was told someone would call me back. 2 days later telephoned again, left my mobile again - 2 further days later telephoned again, Spoke to same lady. I was told there was no one in and wouldnt be anyone in until the following week. Explained I had already telephoned twice and this was my third call and no one has called me back - her answer was "If you cant wait then I suggest you go somewhere else!!" Brilliant customer service! then telephoned N******* G**** - so different - very helpful and efficient, couldnt do enough, all sorted within a couple of days.
